Symphony Assisted Living

Franklin, TN

 Elrod Engineering served as the structural engineer of record for this 44,900 SF single-story assisted living facility which contained 66 units, multiple living rooms and dining rooms, administrative areas, two interior courtyards, and a porte cochere. Elrod Engineering designed the complex geometry of the wood-framed roof structure to be safe while simultaneously ensuring that the construction of the facility could progress in a streamlined fashion thereby making it affordable.
