Mason Center III

Lebanon, TN

This is the 3rd building that Elrod Engineering has designed with Anderson Architects for the same owner on the outskirts of Lebanon, TN. The mixed-use building has 14,310 sf on the 1st floor, and another 1,971 sf on a mezzanine level. The primary framing is structural steel with bar joists. Walls are framed using non-load bearing steel studs. Steel moment frames were utilized to stabilize the structure to resist lateral loading without the need for x-bracing which enables more flexibility for the future needs of building tenants. The classic structure will serve businesses and the public in the growing community for many years to come.
