Elrod Engineering provided structural engineering services for this 9,000 SF 2-story medical office building. The design of this wood-framed structure featured high-volume areas, multiple covered porches, and an interesting yet functional roof shape. Elrod prepared structural design drawings used for permitting and construction. We also reviewed and approved the structural submittals provided by the contractor for their conformance with the project plans.
