When our long-term client, Anderson Architects, asked us to collaborate with them in the design of a 9,300 SF 2-story wood-framed office building, we knew it would be a great fit. Elrod Engineering specializes in designing building structures framed with wood. Our expertise in engineered lumber products enabled us to design and specify cost-effective efficient design solutions for the floor system and the roof framing of the building. Solid sawn lumber was utilized for wall framing making the overall cost of the structure very economical.
