Rob Alley

Rob Alley is a civil engineer with highly diverse experience executing general project management, sign evaluation, and environmental engineering and planning, management, and permitting projects. Throughout his career, Alley’s primary clients have included corporate asset management personnel, senior managers responsible for regulatory compliance of industrial facilities, and potential purchasers, sellers, lenders, or attorneys involved with the acquisition or divestiture of industrial and commercial properties. He has significant experience in office and group management, including profit and loss responsibility, business development and client retention, and strategic and tactical business planning.

 

Alley received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in nearly 20 states, including Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.
