Rob Alley

Rob Alley is a civil engineer with highly diverse experience executing general project management, sign evaluation, and environmental engineering and planning, management and permitting projects. Throughout his career, Alley’s primary clients have included corporate asset management personnel, senior managers responsible for regulatory compliance of industrial facilities and potential purchasers, sellers, lenders or attorneys involved with the acquisition or divestiture of industrial and commercial properties. He also has significant experience involving office and group management, including profit and loss responsibility, business development and client retention, and strategic and tactical business planning. Alley received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Vanderbilt University and master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in nearly 20 states, including Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia.
